Appointed by ADM Wildflavours, one of the world’s leading producers and suppliers of natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry, BWP were given a brief to procure, manage and deliver this ‘fast track’ fit-out project including the relocation of all staff from the client’s previous Head Office and laboratories.

Our role

Undertaking full responsibility for architectural and building services design, BWP utilised the services of our partner design team to manage this initial stage, speeding up the pre-construction phase and delivery within the client’s timescales. From appointment to staff relocation, this commercial office and laboratory refurbishment project was delivered in under 10 weeks.

Our design team produced full working drawings and works schedules to facilitate a competitive tendering process to ensure that works were purchased at current market value.

Our team managed the relocation of staff over a weekend, maintaining business continuity.

The successful delivery of the project allowed the client to vacate their existing leased premises by the contractual date which had been set.
