    Appointed by Zenith Property Management, one of the largest and most diverse property management companies in the North, BWP were given a brief to procure, manage and deliver this large scale 15 year planned, preventative maintenance programme for this cluster of six Grade II* listed buildings in North Manchester.

    Our Role

    Undertaking full responsibility for identifying elements of each building elementally to compile a full 15 year PPM schedule over the course of a 6 week period. In addition, the BWP team undertook full measured surveys of each building providing the client with a great base level of information for them to move forward with their CAPEX strategies for upcoming yearly forecasts.
