The property had fallen into disrepair and following replacement of the UPVC several years earlier the brickwork above had come loose due to missing lintels. The original steel staircase had no suitable foundations which caused cracking and displacement to the external walls.

Our role

The project involved the design installation of new foundations to the staircase and the installation of lintels above window positions before the elevation was repointed and damaged brick replaced.
