Our role

BWP were appointed from the outset to undertake all relevant surveys of the property to establish and identify external works elements which require repair/replacement at the client request. BWP were then responsible for compiling the design information before procuring and overseeing the tender process. BWP were also responsible for managing the works on site on behalf of the client and undertaking Contract Administration duties as well as being appointed as Principal Designer on the scheme.
