BWP were appointed by MDS to act as project managers and cost consultants to relocate their UK headquarters into The Point Birchwood Boulevard Warrington together with negotiating the terminal dilapidations claims on their previous properties.

Our role

MDS who previously occupied two buildings wanted to bring their workforce under one roof to provide an enhanced centralised working environment for the benefit of both their own personnel and their clients. An open plan office environment was created where previously managers had been cut off from their teams in private cellular offices. A mix of meeting spaces including a formal meeting hub to the ground floor and more informal spaces to the general office floors helped to stimulate collaborative working.

In addition to the fit out works the furniture package was also procured by BWP. The scheme was delivered on time and within budget
