Appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for overseeing the refurbishment works for our client British Heart Foundation at their Leeds Merrion Store.

Our role

BWP were appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for overseeing the refurbishment works for our client British Heart Foundation at their Leeds Merrion Store. The scheme comprised of the replacement of floor coverings, shop fittings, fire doors, internal decoration and repairs.  The staff remained in occupation during the work with the shop also remaining fully operational for the works duration, which required a collaborative approach to maintain Health and Safety and ensure the staff/customers were updated throughout the construction program. The shop was also located in a busy multi-tenanted shopping center within Leeds City Centre which presented various logistical issues.   Our knowledge, combined with transparent communication and a client focused approach, allowed us to navigate these challenges and deliver effective results.
