SWIM Case Study

Service: Refurbishment and fit out works

BWP were appointed by SWIM to act as project managers and contract administrators.

Our role

Refurbishment works to form a new children’s swimming facility. BWP were responsible for operating through a dedicated team of experienced professionals, working closely with SWIM’s property team, including directors, property and facilities managers, accountants, local managers, solicitors and other stakeholders to advise on and deliver the organisation’s development strategy in the best interest of the client whilst providing the best property solutions to maximise value and minimise cost and risk throughout the scheme. The works were undertaken presenting logistical issues relating to deliveries, working hours and site set up to avoid impacting the neighbouring organisations. BWP established a comprehensive site management plan agreed with the Landlord and management team to minimise disruption to neighbouring units and agreed with the principal contractor to ensure minimal disturbance.
